Emily comes to TME looking to build on an already decorated career: a U.S. Champion, several podiums at U.S. Championships, and top 10 finishes at multiple Olympic Trials. There’s no denying she’s got the resumé.

But she also has the underdog spirit that undeniably aligns with the ethos of Tinman Elite. After leaving the NCAA without an All-American finish to her name, Emily chose to blaze her own trail. She submitted a ‘running resumé’ to a pro running team in hopes of earning a spot on the roster. That bet on herself, paired with a strong work ethic, led Emily to rise through the ranks of American distance running, all the way to TME.
