By purchasing from Tinman Elite LLC you agree to our business terms and conditions.
Errors, Returns, Exchanges, & Issues
- Any order errors made by Tinman Elite will be corrected at no cost to the customer. All return shipping, item correction, and new shipping will be funded by Tinman Elite.
- All returns initiated by the customer require the item(s) to be received by Tinman Elite before a refund may be issued for the item(s) only (shipping costs will not be refunded).
- Exchanges will only be issued in the event that the new item(s) desired by the customer is/are in stock. The exchange item(s) will only be sent out once the original item(s) are received by Tinman Elite.
- Any item that has been lost by a carrier service will be replaced at the cost of Tinman Elite while supplies last. If no additional stock remains, the customer will be issued a refund. This will only occur after a formal inquiry to the carrier service results in confirmation that the package has been lost.
- Any lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by a carrier service will not be replaced or refunded.
